Sunny Taylor Berry is an acoustic-rock artist from Fort Wayne who has entertained regional audiences for over 25 years, sharing the stage with Pat Benatar, Edwin McCain, Kenny Wayne Shepherd, Better Than Ezra, Jars of Clay, and the legendary ukulele master Jake Shimabukuro. Since 2009, Sunny has helped students of all ages to thrive in their music, and she became a Sweetwater Academy instructor in 2013. She’s passionate about mentoring teens through music education, and she’s helped artists launch into songwriting and recording adventures by devoting attention to their development beyond lessons. Besides teaching, Sunny currently fronts and manages a popular seven-piece rock band that boosts local women’s and children’s organizations. Although writing, performing, and teaching music are significant parts of her life, she finds the most joy in being a wife and a mother to three daughters, who are also budding musicians!
