Ken currently is the full-time music director at Saint Joseph Church Brooklyn Avenue. He performs weekly with the tradition choir, Spanish group and contemporary ensemble.

Biography

Ken is a classical guitarist and guitar instructor with a B.S. in Music and over 30 years of teaching experience. He has studied the guitar since 1985 specializing in rock guitar of the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s. Ken is passionate about helping students achieve their goals while making lessons fun and inspiring. He enjoys spending time with his family, exercising and leading the music department at Saint Joseph Church. While in college, Ken played for a local all original band named Angel X who recorded in Nashville and opened for 38 Special, Blue Oyster Cult, Quiet Riot, Zach Wylde and Fog Hat. In the 90’s Ken performed with an alternative rock band called Rhino playing shows throughout Indiana, Michigan and Kentucky. More recently, Ken has specialized in classical guitar and solo guitar and enjoys playing weddings and private events. He has also performed with Fort Wayne vocalist Addison Agen.
