Ken Jehle is a classical guitarist and guitar instructor with over 30 years of teaching experience. He earned a bachelor‘s degree in music at IPFW. While in college, Ken played for a local, all-original band named Angel X, which recorded in Nashville and opened for 38 Special, Blue Öyster Cult, Quiet Riot, Zakk Wylde, and Foghat. In the ’90s, Ken performed with the alternative-rock band Rhino, playing shows throughout Indiana, Michigan, and Kentucky. Since 1985, Ken has specialized in rock guitar of the ’70s and ’80s and later expanded into guitar of the ’90s. Recently, Ken began specializing in classical guitar and solo guitar. He plays at weddings and private events, and he has performed with Fort Wayne vocalist Addison Agen. When he’s not teaching at the Academy, he enjoys spending time with his family, exercising, and leading the music department at St. Joseph Church. Ken is passionate about helping you achieve your goals while making lessons fun and inspiring.
