Rock Camp Spring Break ’25

March 31–April 4, 2025
Rock Camp Spring Break is a thrilling, five-day crash course in rock ’n’ roll for aspiring musicians ages 12–18. You’ll form a band, write your own song together, and record it in Sweetwater’s world-class recording studios. Best of all, your band will end the week performing onstage in front of a live audience.

Staff icon POLICY REMINDERS
  • Please give 24 hours’ notice to the Academy Front Desk team if you need to cancel a lesson. This will earn you a makeup credit that can be used anytime outside of your normal lesson time within 90 days. If you are unable to give 24 hours’ notice, then any notice is appreciated.
  • If you need to end your enrollment, then we ask for a two-weeks’ notice.
  • Billing is monthly and will charge automatically on the first of every month.

  • Third Monday of each month: Open Mic Night
    * Sign-ups at 6PM. Performances from 6:30PM to 8:30PM.

Event Procedures

  • Step 1: You will receive an informational email about the upcoming performance opportunity. This email will contain specific event details and an Interest Form to fill out. Filling out the Interest Form does not guarantee a student’s participation. This Interest Form is to gauge interest in the event.
  • Step 2: After you complete the Interest Form, the student’s name will be given to instructors to confirm that the student will be a good fit for the specific performance opportunity and will have a piece ready in time for the performance date.
  • Step 3: Once the student’s instructor has confirmed they are ready to participate, our Front Desk team will then determine how many students will be able to participate, given the event timeframe.
  • Step 4: About a month before the event, you will receive an email confirming the student’s performance participation or wait-list status. This email will include additional event details.

Staff icon Pet Policy

Pets are welcome in our public outdoor spaces on campus, including our convenient trail system that wraps around our property. Pets visiting our outdoor spaces must be leashed (not to exceed six feet) and in full and continuous control of the owner.


Pets are prohibited inside all Sweetwater buildings as well as the Sweetwater Performance Pavilion live show gated area during scheduled live events. Exceptions to this policy include documented service or support animals. Any inclusion of animals in official indoor events, such as therapy animals invited to our campus, must be requested, and approved in writing by Sweetwater at the time of event planning.


Sweetwater visitors with a medical condition that warrants a service dog or animal (as defined by The Americans with Disabilities Act 28 CFR 36.104) are always welcome. Visitors with a service dog or animal are solely liable for any injuries or any damage to personal property caused by the animal.


Responsibilities of Pet Owners visiting the Sweetwater Campus:

  • Animal waste must be cleaned up immediately and disposed of properly.
  • Animals must be vaccinated and licensed per applicable state and local requirements.
  • Animals must be in good health. Animals with fleas or any communicable disease are not permitted on campus at any time.
  • Dangerous, poisonous, or illegal animals are not permitted on campus.
  • The pet owner is financially responsible for the animal, including any bodily injury or property damage caused by the animal.
  • Sweetwater is not responsible for any harm to animals caused by materials used by the company for the maintenance of our campus such as pesticides, cleaning supplies, landscaping plants, etc.

Sweetwater may modify this policy as necessary to accommodate business needs, such as implementing additional restrictions or allowing exceptions for specific locations during certain events or activities. Information about exceptions to our standard pet policies for specific Sweetwater events will be posted online with the event details.
