About

What do you love about music?

What I love most about music is it helps us discover abilities in ourselves and others that would otherwise go unnoticed. Mentally, music can transport us through time and space. Socially, it brings people together. Physically, music can motivate action and focus.  It physically changes one’s brain and mood, making it the best brain food on the planet!

There are so many great artists. I literally can’t choose!

What are your top 5 desert island albums?

Anything by the Eagles, Rumors by Fleetwood Mac, Be Here by Keith Moon, Shepherd Moons by Enya, Dark Side of the Moon by Pink Floyd

Do you play in a band or currently perform?

Tracey currenbt performs with the Stardust Dance Band and a spinoff trio called Daughters of the War Bond; the Grace Gospel Quartet.
