Do you play in a band or currently perform?

Sean currently has his own jazz trio project, The Sean Christian Trio. He also performs with Alicia Pyle, Melissa's Latin Beat, Dan Smyth, Marco Franco, and other local artists. He also volunteers on a praise team at Christ's Church Ft. Wayne.



Sean Christian is an American jazz drummer and composer. His performance career began when he was 13 years old as a high school freshman playing as a freelancer for local swing and groove bands. By the time he reached 21, he achieved a prestigious list of performance accomplishments, awards, and honors. He studied briefly with brilliant Jazz communicators Jim Leslie, Jim Rupp, and Steve Houghton.

Sean continues to perform regularly at clubs, halls, and jazz festivals. He teaches and records locally in Fort Wayne and leads his own jazz trio which performs original compositions and jazz standards. Upcoming shows and events can be found at his Facebook and Instagram page @SeanChristianStudios.
